This close-coupled in-line pump has 1 1/2" suction and discharge ports aligned to reduce system piping strain. The unit uses a 6.35" nominal diameter impeller combined with a stainless steel casing, impeller, and shaft to manage hydraulic loads. A bronze wear ring is included to maintain operating efficiency. The hydraulic assembly uses a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber mechanical seal capable of handling fluid temperatures up to 250°F. This configuration is self-supporting within the system piping and can be installed in either horizontal or vertical orientations without external strapping. The assembly follows Hydraulic Institute standards for structural integrity and pressure containment.
The pump uses a 3/4 HP, 1750 RPM, ODP motor with 230/460V, 3PH power. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
