This close-coupled in-line pump has 2" suction and discharge ports aligned for smooth fluid flow. Construction includes a 304 stainless steel casing and impeller, while the assembly has a cast iron bracket paired with a bronze wear ring. This unit supports a 6.15" nominal impeller diameter and uses a mechanical seal with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber components. The casing structure is built for system pressures up to 175 PSI and temperatures up to 250°F. With a self-supporting, in-line design, the unit can be installed horizontally or vertically, reducing strain on system piping. Companion flanges are included to facilitate connection to existing infrastructure.
The pump operates with a 5 HP, 3450 RPM, TEFC premium efficiency motor powered by a 230/460V, 3PH electrical supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
