This close-coupled in-line pump has 2" suction and discharge ports aligned for fluid flow within a cast iron casing. The hydraulic assembly includes a 6.15" stainless steel impeller and a cast iron bracket paired with a bronze face plate. A seal with a silicon carbide stationary seat, a carbon rotating element, and Viton elastomers maintains fluid containment for temperatures up to 250°F. The casing structure, built to Hydraulic Institute standards, sustains operating pressures of 175 PSI. The unit can be installed in horizontal or vertical configurations, as the pump is self-supported by the system piping.
The pump operates with a 1 1/2 HP motor running at 1750 RPM in an ODP enclosure powered by 230/460V 3PH supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
