This close-coupled in-line pump has 2-inch suction and discharge ports. The hydraulic assembly includes a 7.9-inch nominal diameter stainless steel impeller housed within a cast iron casing. A cast iron bracket with a bronze face plate supports the structure, which includes a mechanical seal with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber components. Built in accordance with Hydraulic Institute standards, the configuration allows for horizontal or vertical installation. The casing is rated for operating temperatures up to 250°F. The unit comes with companion flanges to facilitate system connection, while the in-line design reduces stress on the piping.
The pump uses a 2 HP motor at 1750 RPM in an ODP enclosure, configured for a 230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
