This close-coupled in-line pump has 1 1/2-inch suction and discharge ports. Its construction includes a stainless steel casing and impeller combined with a cast iron bracket and bronze wear ring. The assembly uses a 4.75-inch nominal diameter impeller and a mechanical seal composed of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for operation up to 250°F. The in-line configuration with aligned ports facilitates smooth fluid flow while reducing strain on the system piping. This self-supporting unit can be installed in horizontal or vertical orientations without external strapping and remains rated for pressures up to 175 PSI.
The unit uses a 1/2 HP, 1750 RPM TEFC motor compatible with 115/208-230V, 1PH electrical input. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
