This close-coupled in-line pump has 2" suction and discharge ports aligned to reduce system piping strain. The casing, impeller, and shaft use stainless steel construction, while the assembly includes a cast iron bracket with a stainless steel face plate. The hydraulic assembly features a 7.9" nominal impeller diameter and integrated pressure tappings for accurate differential readings. Compliant with NSF-61 standards, the unit is rated for fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The mechanical seal uses a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, and the configuration supports either horizontal or vertical installation without the need for external mounting brackets.
The pump uses a 1 1/2 HP motor operating at 1750 RPM with an ODP enclosure powered by 208-230/460V, 3PH current. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
