This close-coupled in-line pump features aligned 2-inch suction and discharge ports. The casing and impeller use stainless steel construction, paired with a cast iron bracket and a bronze wear ring. The assembly houses a nominal 7.9-inch impeller and remains self-supported by system piping for horizontal or vertical installation. Rated for a maximum operating pressure of 175 PSI and temperatures reaching 250°F, the unit includes a mechanical seal with a silicon carbide stationary seat, a carbon rotating element, and Viton elastomers. The hydraulic structure includes integrated pressure tappings, built in accordance with Hydraulic Institute standards to support steady fluid flow.
The pump uses a 2 HP, 1750 RPM, TEFC motor with a 230/460V 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
