This close-coupled in-line pump has 2" suction and discharge ports aligned for consistent fluid flow and reduced piping stress. The hydraulic assembly includes a 7.9" nominal diameter stainless steel impeller housed within a cast iron casing. A cast iron bracket equipped with a bronze face plate supports the assembly, while the mechanical seal uses a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber construction for operation in temperatures up to 250°F. The unit can be installed in horizontal or vertical orientations and includes companion flanges for mounting. This self-supporting configuration eliminates the need for external strapping, and the casing has a maximum operating pressure rating of 175 PSI.
The pump uses a 1 HP, 1750 RPM, TEFC motor configured for 230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
