This close-coupled in-line pump has 2" suction and discharge ports aligned in a self-supporting configuration for horizontal or vertical installation. The assembly uses cast iron for the casing and bracket, combined with a 7.9" stainless steel impeller and a stainless steel shaft. Fluid sealing is managed by a mechanical seal composed of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber. Built to withstand temperatures up to 250°F, the structure includes pressure tappings for differential readings and meets Hydraulic Institute standards. The hydraulic assembly is dynamically balanced for operation within standard piping layouts, allowing the unit to remain supported by the system piping without additional strapping.
The motor is a 2 HP, 1750 RPM, ODP unit paired with a 200V/60Hz/3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
