This close-coupled in-line pump features an in-line configuration with 2" suction and discharge ports, aligned to reduce system piping strain. The casing and impeller use stainless steel construction, paired with a cast iron bracket and a bronze wear ring. The assembly has a 7.9" nominal impeller diameter and is built with pressure tappings for differential readings. The shaft seal has a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, allowing operation at temperatures up to 250°F. This self-supporting unit permits installation in either horizontal or vertical orientations and comes equipped with companion flanges for system integration.
The unit has a 2 HP, 1750 RPM motor in an ODP enclosure powered by 230/460V, 3PH current. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
