This close-coupled in-line pump has an in-line casing configuration with aligned suction and discharge ports to reduce system piping stress. The hydraulic assembly includes a dynamically balanced, one-piece cast 304 stainless steel impeller, combined with integrated pressure tappings for differential readings. Constructed in accordance with Hydraulic Institute standards, the housing has a maximum operating pressure rating of 175 PSI and handles fluid temperatures up to 300°F. This self-supporting unit can be installed in either a horizontal or vertical orientation without the need for external support or strapping.
The motor uses a standard configuration compatible with the required voltage and phase for the specific system demand. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
