This in-line circulator has a 3" suction and discharge paired with a 6.15" nominal diameter impeller. The pump uses stainless steel construction for the casing, impeller, face plate, and shaft, while the mounting bracket is cast iron. This NSF-61 certified assembly includes a ball bearing cartridge and a high-temperature mechanical seal built with a Sealide-C silicon carbide stationary seat, a carbon rotating element, and Viton elastomers rated for 250°F. The cartridge bearing design isolates internal components from system fluid temperatures, while the unit includes dynamically and hydraulically balanced impellers. A rugged flexible rubber drive coupling absorbs angular and parallel misalignment.
The pump uses a 1 HP motor operating at 1750 RPM with an open-drip proof (ODP) enclosure for 200-230/460V and 3PH power. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
