This close-coupled in-line pump uses 2" suction and discharge ports aligned to facilitate fluid flow while reducing piping strain. The assembly uses stainless steel for the casing, impeller, and shaft, combined with a bronze wear ring for internal component longevity. Suitable for horizontal or vertical orientation, the unit includes companion flanges and possesses NSF 61 certification. The internal seal uses a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber to accommodate fluid temperatures up to 250°F. A 7.9" diameter impeller is dynamically balanced to align with Hydraulic Institute standards, and the structure supports operating pressures up to 175 PSI. The configuration allows for self-support by the system piping, simplifying installation requirements for various mechanical room configurations.
The unit includes a 2 HP motor operating at 1750 RPM with an ODP enclosure, configured for a 230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
