This close-coupled in-line pump has 1 1/2" suction and discharge ports aligned to reduce system piping strain. The assembly uses a cast iron casing with a 6.35" nominal diameter stainless steel impeller. A cast iron bracket paired with a bronze face plate supports the rotating element, while the mechanical seal includes a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber. Built to handle fluid temperatures up to 250°F, this self-supporting configuration can be installed in horizontal or vertical positions without external strapping. The unit includes companion flanges to simplify piping connections.
The motor operates at 7 1/2 HP and 3450 RPM with an ODP enclosure powered by 230/460V 3PH electricity. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
