This close-coupled in-line pump has 2" suction and discharge ports aligned for efficient fluid flow. The casing and bracket are built with cast iron, while the 6.15" nominal impeller and shaft use stainless steel construction. This self-supporting configuration allows for horizontal or vertical installation. The assembly includes a mechanical seal with a silicon carbide stationary seat, carbon rotating element, and Viton elastomers, rated for temperatures up to 250°F. The structure handles pressures up to 175 PSI and follows Hydraulic Institute standards, with integrated pressure tappings for differential readings.
The motor is a 1 1/2 HP, 1750 RPM unit with a TEFC enclosure, operating on 230/460V, 3PH power. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
