This close-coupled in-line pump has an in-line design with aligned 1 1/2" suction and discharge ports. The casing and bracket use cast iron construction, paired with a stainless steel impeller and shaft. The hydraulic assembly has a 4.75" nominal impeller diameter and integrated pressure tappings for differential readings. The internal sealing arrangement includes a ceramic seat, a carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for operation up to 250°F. The configuration is self-supporting, allowing for installation in either horizontal or vertical orientations without additional external strapping. This sturdy construction meets Hydraulic Institute standards and manages fluid flow while minimizing mechanical strain on the system piping.
The motor operates at 3 HP and 3450 RPM with an ODP enclosure, configured for a 208-230/460V, 3PH power supply paired with a variable frequency drive. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
