This close-coupled in-line pump includes an in-line design with aligned suction and discharge ports to reduce system piping strain. The assembly consists of a bronze casing combined with a dynamically balanced, one-piece cast 304 stainless steel impeller for consistent fluid flow. Integrated pressure tappings allow for differential readings across the unit. Built in accordance with Hydraulic Institute standards, the robust structure handles a maximum operating pressure of 175 PSI and fluid temperatures up to 300°F. The self-supporting configuration allows for either horizontal or vertical installation without the need for external strapping, while the compact design simplifies installation in mechanical rooms.
The pump includes a 1 HP motor wired for power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
