This close-coupled in-line pump has an in-line design with 1 1/2" suction and discharge ports to reduce system piping strain. The assembly uses a cast iron casing and bracket paired with a 6.35" diameter stainless steel impeller and shaft. This hydraulic configuration supports fluid temperatures reaching 250°F. The seal has a silicon carbide stationary seat with a carbon rotating element and a Viton elastomer. This self-supporting unit can be installed horizontally or vertically without external strapping. Integrated pressure tappings allow for monitoring of system conditions. Built to Hydraulic Institute standards, the construction handles a maximum operating pressure of 175 PSI.
The pump runs on a 3 HP, 3450 RPM, ODP motor with 230/460V, 3PH power. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
