This close-coupled in-line pump has an aligned suction and discharge port configuration, which helps maintain smooth fluid flow while reducing strain on system piping. The unit includes a 7.9-inch nominal diameter stainless steel impeller, a cast iron casing, and a cast iron bracket with a bronze face plate. Its hydraulic assembly uses a Silicon Carbide stationary seat, a carbon rotating element, and a Viton elastomer, which permits operation at temperatures up to 250°F. This configuration is self-supporting within the piping and can be installed in either horizontal or vertical orientations. The unit is equipped with companion flanges for integration into existing hydraulic circuits.
The pump uses a 1.5 HP, 1750 RPM, TEFC motor with a 230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
