This close-coupled in-line pump uses a 304 stainless steel casing, impeller, and shaft combined with a bronze wear ring. It has aligned 1 1/2" suction and discharge ports for installation directly into system piping without requiring external supports. The unit includes a 6.35" nominal impeller diameter and integrated pressure tappings for differential readings. Built to operate at temperatures up to 250°F, the mechanical seal uses a ceramic seat with a carbon rotor and EPT rubber. This self-supporting configuration accommodates vertical or horizontal orientations, while the Hydraulic Institute-compliant construction reduces fluid turbulence.
The pump includes a 3/4 HP motor operating at 1750 RPM with a TEFC enclosure, configured for a 115/208-230/60/1 power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
