This close-coupled in-line pump has an in-line configuration with 2" suction and discharge ports, suitable for horizontal or vertical installation. The assembly uses stainless steel for the casing, impeller, and shaft, while a bronze wear ring manages internal clearances. Hydraulic components include a 7.9" nominal diameter impeller and integrated pressure tappings for differential readings. The seal consists of a Silicon Carbide stationary seat and a carbon rotating element paired with Viton elastomers for temperatures up to 250°F. This unit is built to Hydraulic Institute standards and satisfies NSF 61 requirements, with the casing structure rated for a maximum operating pressure of 175 PSI.
The motor is a 1.5 HP, 1750 RPM, ODP unit, operating on a 208-230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
