This close-coupled in-line pump uses an in-line configuration with 2-inch suction and discharge ports. The unit is built with a 7.9-inch nominal impeller and integrated pressure tappings. Stainless steel construction is used for the casing, impeller, face plate, and shaft, while a cast iron bracket supports the assembly. A mechanical seal with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber enables operation at temperatures up to 250°F. This self-supporting design allows for horizontal or vertical installation.
The motor has 1 HP, operates at 1750 RPM, and uses a TEFC enclosure with 230/460V 3PH power, compatible with 208V. This is paired with a variable frequency drive requiring 110-120V 1PH. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
