This close-coupled in-line pump has aligned 1 1/2" suction and discharge ports, allowing for installation directly into system piping. The unit includes stainless steel construction for the casing, impeller, shaft, and face plate, paired with a cast iron bracket. With a 4.75" nominal impeller diameter, the pump is built to handle fluid temperatures up to 250°F and conforms to NSF-61 standards. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, while the in-line configuration can be installed in horizontal or vertical orientations. This self-supporting assembly includes integrated pressure tappings for differential readings and is rated for a maximum operating pressure of 175 PSI.
The pump is equipped with a 1 HP, 1750 RPM, premium efficiency TEFC motor, powered by 115/208-230V 1PH electricity. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
