This close-coupled in-line pump has 2" suction and discharge ports aligned for smooth fluid flow and reduced system piping strain. The casing and bracket use cast iron construction, while the 7.9" nominal diameter impeller and shaft consist of stainless steel. An internal mechanical seal with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber accommodates operating temperatures up to 250°F. The unit allows for horizontal or vertical installation without external strapping and includes pressure tappings for differential readings. Built to Hydraulic Institute standards, the sturdy casing structure handles operating pressures up to 175 PSI.
The assembly ships less motor, allowing for the integration of a standard motor configuration with the specific horsepower, operating speed, and enclosure type required for 230/460V 3PH power supplies. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
