This Taco motor, with an output of 20 HP, is designed to be used with Taco Comfort Solutions pumps. It operates at a speed of 1450 RPM and requires a voltage of 380-415V. The motor runs on a frequency of 50Hz and is suitable for use in three-phase power systems. It features a Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled (TEFC) enclosure, providing protection against dust and moisture. The motor is built with a terminal strip for easy connection and has a frame size of 256 T. With a service factor of 1.15 and a continuous duty rating at ambient temperatures up to 50°C, this motor is highly efficient. It rotates in the counter-clockwise direction when viewed from the shaft end. Additionally, it incorporates AEGIS shaft grounding, which meets the MG1-12.55 standard for electrical insulation systems in motors. The motor is started using the Y-Delta high voltage method.
