The internal mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, allowing for a maximum operating temperature of 250°F. Built for versatile installation, the unit operates in either horizontal or vertical orientations without requiring external support. The casing structure includes pressure tappings for differential measurement, complying with Hydraulic Institute standards for structural integrity in systems rated for commercial applications.
The system includes a 3/4 HP, 1750 RPM, TEFC motor configured for 230/460V 3PH power supply, paired with a VFD that has an input voltage of 380-480V 3PH. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
