This close-coupled in-line pump has 1.5" suction and discharge ports aligned to maintain smooth fluid flow. The construction includes a cast iron casing and bracket paired with a 4.75" stainless steel impeller and a stainless steel shaft. The sealing assembly consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for temperatures up to 250°F. This self-supporting unit can be installed in horizontal or vertical piping configurations without the need for external strapping. Pressure tappings are included for differential readings, and the unit complies with Hydraulic Institute standards for a maximum operating pressure of 175 PSI.
This unit runs on a 0.5 HP 1750 RPM TEFC motor with a 230/460V 3PH power supply, which is also usable at 208V, paired with a 110-120V 1PH VFD. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
