This close-coupled in-line pump has 2" suction and discharge ports aligned to reduce system piping strain. The unit uses a cast iron casing housing a 7.9" diameter stainless steel impeller. The assembly includes a cast iron bracket paired with a bronze face plate, while the mechanical seal uses a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber to support operation up to 250°F. Built to Hydraulic Institute standards, the configuration is self-supported by system piping and can be installed in horizontal or vertical orientations. This setup allows for differential pressure readings via integrated tappings and maintains a maximum operating pressure of 175 PSI.
The pump uses a 1 HP, 1750 RPM ODP motor paired with a 208-230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
