This close-coupled in-line pump has an in-line design with 2-inch suction and discharge ports. The casing, impeller, face plate, and shaft use stainless steel construction, while the bracket uses cast iron. A ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber seal assembly manage fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The 7.9-inch diameter impeller aligns with the stainless steel casing to support NSF-61 requirements and maintain system flow. The unit can be installed in horizontal or vertical configurations, which helps reduce strain on connected system piping.
The pump uses a 1 1/2 HP motor running at 1750 RPM with an ODP enclosure, powered by 200V, 3PH electrical service. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
