This close-coupled in-line pump has an in-line design with aligned 2" suction and discharge ports to reduce system piping strain. The unit uses stainless steel for the casing and impeller, while the bracket is constructed of cast iron and the wear ring is made of bronze. The mechanical seal assembly, which includes a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, handles fluid temperatures up to 250°F. This self-supporting configuration can be installed in either horizontal or vertical orientations without the need for external strapping, and the hydraulic assembly includes a 6.15" diameter impeller.
The assembly is powered by a 7 1/2 HP, 3450 RPM TEFC motor configured for 230/460V, 3PH power. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
