This close-coupled in-line pump uses a cast iron casing and bracket paired with a stainless steel impeller and shaft. The hydraulic assembly has a 4.75" nominal impeller diameter and is built with aligned 1 1/2" suction and discharge ports for straight-through piping. The mechanical seal consists of a silicon carbide stationary seat and a carbon rotating element with viton elastomers, rated for fluid temperatures up to 300°F. The casing structure is built to handle operating pressures up to 175 PSI, allowing for both horizontal and vertical installation. The assembly has integrated pressure tappings for differential readings and uses a dynamically balanced, one-piece impeller to reduce system strain.
The unit is equipped with a 1 1/2 HP motor operating at 3450 RPM in a TEFC enclosure, compatible with a 230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
