This close-coupled in-line pump has 2" suction and discharge ports aligned to reduce system piping strain. The assembly uses stainless steel for the casing, impeller, and shaft, combined with a cast iron bracket and stainless steel face plate. A 6.15" nominal diameter impeller manages fluid movement, while the mechanical seal includes a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber. The construction follows Hydraulic Institute standards, allowing for a maximum operating temperature of 250°F. This self-supporting unit permits installation in either horizontal or vertical orientations without the need for external strapping.
Power is supplied by a 3/4 HP, 1750 RPM, premium efficient TEFC motor rated for 230/460V, 3PH operation. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
