This close-coupled in-line pump has an in-line design with aligned 1 1/2" suction and discharge ports. The unit includes a 6.35" nominal diameter impeller. The casing and impeller use stainless steel, while the bracket is cast iron and the wear ring is bronze. These components function together with a mechanical seal composed of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, suitable for fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The self-supporting structure can be installed horizontally or vertically without external strapping, meeting Hydraulic Institute standards for pressure and temperature resilience within the system loop.
The pump has a 3/4 HP motor running at 1750 RPM in a TEFC enclosure, powered by 230/460V 3PH current. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
