This close-coupled in-line pump has an in-line design with aligned 1.5-inch suction and discharge ports. The casing, impeller, and shaft use stainless steel construction, combined with a cast iron bracket and stainless steel face plate for structural integrity. The hydraulic assembly includes a 6.35-inch nominal diameter impeller and a mechanical seal composed of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber. Built in accordance with Hydraulic Institute standards, this assembly is rated for fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The unit configuration permits both horizontal and vertical installation without external strapping, as the self-supporting casing handles system piping loads while maintaining alignment for smooth fluid flow.
The pump uses a 3 HP motor operating at 3450 RPM within a TEFC enclosure, powered by 208-230/460V, 3PH current. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
