This close-coupled in-line pump has 2" suction and discharge ports aligned to reduce system piping strain. The assembly includes a 6.15" nominal impeller and a casing rated for 250°F. The casing, impeller, shaft, and face plate use stainless steel construction, combined with a cast iron bracket for structural support. The hydraulic section is built in accordance with Hydraulic Institute standards and meets NSF-61 requirements. Internal sealing consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, while the pump remains self-supported by the system piping in either vertical or horizontal orientations.
The unit includes a 1 1/2 HP, 1750 RPM, TEFC motor configured for 230/460V, 3PH power supply with premium efficiency. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
