This close-coupled in-line pump has 1 1/2" suction and discharge ports, equipped with a 4.75" nominal diameter impeller. The casing, impeller, face plate, and shaft use stainless steel construction, paired with a cast iron bracket for structural support. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, allowing the unit to handle operating temperatures up to 250°F. The casing has an in-line design with aligned ports to create smooth fluid flow while minimizing strain on system piping. This self-supporting configuration allows for vertical or horizontal installation. Built in accordance with Hydraulic Institute standards, the robust structure supports system pressures up to 175 PSI.
The pump includes a 1 HP, 1750 RPM motor with a TEFC enclosure, configured for a 230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
