This in-line circulator has 3" companion flanges and a replaceable cartridge bearing assembly. The shaft uses alloy steel protected by a cupro-nickel sleeve, while the casing and dynamically balanced impeller consist of cast iron. Internal bearings remain isolated from system fluid temperatures. The unit includes a two-piece carbon and ceramic mechanical seal. A rugged flexible rubber drive coupling connects the motor to the pump shaft, which absorbs angular and parallel misalignment during operation. This configuration is suitable for heated or chilled water circulation and primary-secondary loops.
The 3/4 HP, 1725 RPM motor has an open-drip proof (ODP) enclosure and uses a resilient mount with built-in overload protection for single-phase power configurations. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
