This in-line circulator has a 3" flange connection for piping integration. The hydraulic section includes a casing and a dynamically and hydraulically balanced impeller, available in cast iron or 304 stainless steel construction. It has a replaceable cartridge bearing assembly with an alloy steel shaft and a cupro-nickel shaft sleeve, which isolates the internal bearings from system fluid temperatures. The pump uses a two-piece carbon and ceramic mechanical seal, while alternative high-temperature configurations can include a Sealide-C and Viton assembly. A flexible rubber drive coupling connects the pump to the motor to absorb angular and parallel misalignment. This unit is suitable for heated or chilled water circulation, primary-secondary loops, and large-scale zoning applications.
The 3/4 HP, 1725 RPM ODP motor is configured for 115/230V, 1PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
