This in-line circulator includes 3" companion flanges and a replaceable cartridge bearing assembly. The shaft and sleeve use alloy steel and cupro-nickel construction, while the cartridge design isolates internal bearings from system fluid temperatures. The unit has a two-piece carbon and ceramic mechanical seal, with options for Sealide-C and Viton for high-temperature applications. The casing and dynamically balanced impeller consist of cast iron, paired with a resilient-mounted motor. A flexible rubber drive coupling connects the motor, absorbing angular and parallel misalignment to maintain operational stability. This setup is suitable for heated or chilled water circulation, zoning, and primary-secondary loop configurations.
The pump operates with a 1 HP, 1725 RPM, ODP motor, configured for 230/460V and 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
