Taco TC Series Single-Stage, Double Suction Vertical Split Case Pumps

Taco TC Series single-stage double suction vertical split case pumps are frame-mounted centrifugal pumps designed for heating, air conditioning, pressure boosting, cooling water transfer, and water supply applications. Their top suction and discharge layout, vertically split case, foot-mounted volute, and center drop-out coupler support installations where compact footprint, service access, reduced axial thrust, and dependable high-capacity hydraulic performance are important.

Taco TC Series Vertical Split Case Pumps for Commercial HVAC, Heating, Air Conditioning, Pressure Boosting, and Water Supply Systems

Taco TC Series Single-Stage, Double Suction Vertical Split Case Pumps are designed for reliable high-capacity water movement in commercial HVAC, heating, air conditioning, pressure boosting, cooling water transfer, and water supply applications. Built for large mechanical rooms and central plant environments, the TC Series combines double suction pump performance with a vertical split case layout that helps reduce the space required for installation.

The TC Series uses top suction and top discharge connections, making it a strong option where floor space is limited but high flow and dependable pump performance are still required. This vertical configuration helps minimize the installation footprint while supporting the flow and head demands of large heating and cooling water systems. Taco describes the TC Series as designed for reliability and ease of installation in heating, air conditioning, pressure boosting, cooling water transfer, and water supply applications.

As frame-mounted centrifugal pumps, Taco TC Series pumps feature high-efficiency construction, a rugged vertical split case design, compact layout, foot-mounted volute, center drop-out coupler, and regreasable bearings. These design details help simplify installation, operation, and long-term service in demanding commercial and institutional environments.

The double suction hydraulic design helps virtually eliminate axial thrust and reduce bearing loading, which supports longer bearing life and stable operation. With performance capabilities from 70 to 11,000 GPM, head range from 10 to 560 feet, standard temperature rating of 250°F, standard working pressure of 175 PSIG with optional 300 PSIG construction, horsepower from 2 to 800 HP, and sizes from 3" to 14", Taco TC Series Vertical Split Case Pumps are built for large-scale systems where efficiency, uptime, and serviceability matter.
