Taco TS Series Single-Stage, Double Suction Vertical Split Case Pumps

Taco TS Series single-stage double suction vertical split case pumps are frame-mounted centrifugal pumps designed for heating, air conditioning, pressure boosting, cooling water transfer, and water supply applications. Their side-inlet, top-outlet layout, vertically split case, and high-efficiency double suction design support installations where reduced footprint, easier service access, lower axial thrust, and dependable high-capacity hydraulic performance are important.

Taco TS Series Vertical Split Case Pumps for Commercial HVAC, Pressure Boosting, Cooling Water Transfer, and Water Supply Applications

Taco TS Series Single-Stage, Double Suction Vertical Split Case Pumps are designed for high-capacity water movement in commercial HVAC, institutional, industrial, and mechanical room applications. Their vertical split case configuration combines the performance advantages of a double suction centrifugal pump with a compact installation footprint, making the TS Series a strong option for large heating, air conditioning, cooling water transfer, pressure boosting, and water supply systems.

The TS Series uses a side inlet connection and top outlet connection to help reduce floor space requirements compared with many traditional horizontal split case arrangements. This makes the pump especially useful in mechanical rooms where high flow is required but available installation space is limited.

Built as frame-mounted centrifugal pumps, Taco TS Series pumps feature rugged construction, a foot-mounted volute, center drop-out coupler, regreasable bearings, and a vertically split case design. These details support easier installation, operation, and service while helping maintain dependable long-term performance in demanding HVAC and water transfer systems. (tacocomfort.com)

The double suction hydraulic design helps virtually eliminate axial thrust and reduce bearing loading, promoting longer bearing life and stable operation. With flow capacity from 70 to 11,000 GPM, head range from 10 to 560 feet, horsepower from 2 to 800 HP, and sizes from 3" to 14", Taco TS Series Vertical Split Case Pumps are built for large-scale pumping applications where efficiency, reliability, and serviceability are essential.
