This in-line pump has a 2-inch suction and discharge configuration with a 6.15-inch nominal impeller diameter. The unit uses stainless steel for the casing and impeller, combined with a bronze wear ring for internal clearance control. It is equipped with a replaceable bearing cartridge assembly that isolates the ball bearings from the system fluid, which handles temperatures up to 250°F. The fluid path includes a standard mechanical seal assembly with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT elastomers. This configuration is built with a shaft constructed of stainless steel, while the pump assembly accommodates 143 and 145 frame foot-mounted motor types. The standardized cartridge assembly simplifies routine maintenance requirements.
The pump runs on a 1 HP, 1750 RPM premium efficiency motor with an ODP enclosure, configured for a 230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
