Taco 1600 Series in-line pumps are designed for dependable performance, simple service, and efficient operation in HVAC and hydronic system applications. Built for heating, cooling, and water circulation systems, these pumps provide a compact in-line solution for projects that require reliable flow without taking up unnecessary mechanical room space.

The 1600 Series features a replaceable, permanently lubricated bearing cartridge that simplifies maintenance and extends service life. Taco’s cool-bearing cartridge design isolates the bearing from system temperature effects, helping protect the bearing assembly and improve long-term reliability. A standard bearing design also allows one bearing cartridge to service the entire pump line, making replacement easier for contractors and maintenance teams.

Available in 15 models, Taco 1600 Series in-line pumps deliver flow rates from 20 to 200 GPM and head up to 68 feet. With working pressures up to 175 PSI with cold water and 125 PSI at rated temperature, these pumps are a practical choice for a wide range of commercial hydronic applications.

The 1600 Series is also compatible with Taco LoadMatch® systems, supporting efficient single-pipe distribution and primary-secondary pumping designs. Select Taco products may also feature eLink® connectivity, providing access to product support, monitoring, and control from a phone, tablet, or laptop.
