This in-line pump has a 2-inch suction and 2-inch discharge connection, along with a 7.9-inch nominal impeller. The assembly uses a cast iron casing and bracket, a stainless steel impeller and shaft, and a bronze face plate. It includes a replaceable bearing cartridge containing permanently sealed, grease-lubricated ball bearings, which isolates these components from system fluid temperatures. The pump has a Type 21 mechanical seal assembly with a ceramic seat, carbon mating ring, and EPT elastomers to manage fluid temperatures up to 250°F. This standardized cartridge construction simplifies maintenance requirements for the unit.
The 2 HP motor operates at 1750 RPM within an ODP enclosure, configured for a 115/208-230/60/1 power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. With a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
