This in-line pump includes 2" suction and discharge ports matched with a 6.40" nominal impeller diameter. The casing, impeller, and face plate use stainless steel construction, while the mounting bracket consists of cast iron. A mechanical seal assembly containing a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT elastomers isolates the internal components, supporting fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The unit includes a replaceable bearing cartridge containing permanently sealed, grease-lubricated ball bearings paired with a stainless steel shaft. This standardized construction allows for common service components throughout the assembly, simplifying long-term maintenance requirements.
The motor has a 1 1/2 HP output at 1750 RPM, configured with an ODP enclosure for operation on 115/208-230V, 1PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
