This in-line pump has a 1 1/2" suction and discharge connection with a 4.75" nominal impeller diameter. The casing, impeller, and shaft use stainless steel construction, while the bracket includes a stainless steel face plate. A replaceable bearing cartridge houses the stainless steel shaft. The unit uses a mechanical seal assembly composed of a Silicon Carbide stationary seat, a carbon rotating element, and Viton elastomers, which allows for fluid temperatures up to 300°F. The isolation of the bearing cartridge from system fluid temperatures maintains the integrity of the grease-lubricated ball bearings contained within the assembly.
The pump uses a 1/3 HP, 1750 RPM ODP motor paired with a 115/60/1 power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
