This in-line pump has a 1 1/2" suction and a 1 1/2" discharge, connected to a 4.75" nominal impeller. The unit uses stainless steel construction for the casing and impeller. A cast iron bracket paired with a stainless steel face plate supports the assembly, which includes a replaceable bearing cartridge containing permanently sealed, grease-lubricated ball bearings and a stainless steel shaft. The system includes a mechanical seal assembly built with a silicon carbide stationary seat, a carbon rotating element, and Viton elastomers. This configuration handles system fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The cooler-running cartridge design isolates the bearings from the system fluid, which simplifies maintenance requirements for the standard cartridge and seal arrangement.
The assembly is driven by a 1/4 HP motor running at 1750 RPM, housed in an ODP enclosure, and connected to 115V, 60Hz, 1PH power. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
