This in-line pump has a 2" suction and 2" discharge with a 7.9" nominal impeller diameter. The casing and impeller use stainless steel, combined with a cast iron bracket and a bronze wear ring. The assembly includes a stainless steel shaft paired with a replaceable bearing cartridge containing permanently sealed, grease-lubricated ball bearings. This cooler-running design isolates the bearings from system fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The unit includes a mechanical seal assembly with a ceramic seat, carbon mating ring, and EPT elastomers. This standardized cartridge arrangement simplifies maintenance requirements for the system.
This unit has a 3 HP motor capacity and matches a 56 frame standard. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
