This in-line pump has a 2-inch suction and discharge connection with a 7.9-inch nominal impeller diameter. The casing and impeller use stainless steel construction, combined with a cast iron bracket and a bronze wear ring. The unit includes a stainless steel shaft inside a replaceable bearing cartridge, which isolates the permanently sealed, grease-lubricated ball bearings from system temperatures up to 250°F. The pump uses a mechanical seal assembly with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT elastomers. This standardized cartridge arrangement simplifies general maintenance requirements.
The unit has a 3/4 HP motor operating at 1750 RPM with an ODP enclosure on 115/208-230V, 60Hz, 1PH power. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
