This in-line pump has a 1.5-inch suction and 1.5-inch discharge with a 6.35-inch nominal impeller diameter. The construction consists of a stainless steel casing and impeller paired with a bronze wear ring. The assembly includes a replaceable bearing cartridge and a stainless steel shaft. The unit has a mechanical seal with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT elastomers, and handles fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The cartridge design isolates the bearings from system fluid temperatures, creating a cooler-running assembly. Standardized components allow for simplified maintenance requirements throughout the assembly.
The pump uses a 3/4 HP, 1750 RPM, ODP motor with a 230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
